OGC Collaborative Solutions and Innovation Program Intellectual Property Rights Rules

Open Geospatial Consortium, Inc. (“OGC”) has adopted the below OGC Collaborative Solutions and Innovation Program Intellectual Property Rights Rules (these “IPR Rules”) to set forth the terms and rules governing the ownership and licensing of intellectual property developed for or in the course of performing OGC Innovation Program Initiative (each, a “COSI Initiative” or “Initiative”) activities. These IPR Rules do not apply to deliverables created by or within OGC Working Groups.

The below document is required by the OGC Collaborative Solutions and Collaborative Solutions and Innovation Program Master Participation Agreement.
