The conference secretariat of TIDES 2014 would like to thank all those who have shown interest in TIDES 2014. The conference theme is "Digital Earth – The Next Generation." Many conference papers will be presented, focussing on: Digital Earth at Macro Scale; Digitail Earth at Meso Scale; and Digital Earth at Local Scale. A large number of exhibitors will be showing the latest geospatial technologies. 

TIDES 2014 will be held at the Chinese Culture University, Hwa-Kang Road, Yang-Ming Shan, Taipei 11114, Taiwan, R.O.C.

The OGC has organized a special seminar to be held during the conference:

Seminar Description

International geospatial standards are critical to enabling easy sharing and interoperability of data and information across multiple domains. The seminar speakers will highlight how OGC standards have been applied to disaster management and emergency response, sensor webs, earth observation, agriculture, the Global Earth Observation System of Systems, Hydrology, Smart Cities and the cloud.

Registration will commence at 1300.
