Revision Working Groups

This Revision Working Group was officially voted into existance during the July 2007 Technical Committee Meeting in Paris, France.

The Image Geopositioning Service (IGS) Revision Working Group is responsible for processing the comments and change requests received during the public comment period and to prepare the document in preparation for adoption as an official OGC standard. The membership for the RWG is:

The Web Feature Service Gazetteer Application Profile Revision Working Group (RWG) will formalize the application profile, incorporate outstanding change requests, prepare the document for public comment, and edit the document based on the public comments. The membership of the RWG is:

The OGC Catalogue 2.1 revision Working Group will focus on:

  • Outstanding Change Request Proposals for the Catalogue Specification
  • �Address refinement requirements of Core CSW functionality to assure baseline interoperability
It is expected that the work of the Cat RWG will also be influenced by a current project to implement both the ISO 19115 and ebRIM Application Profiles and to test interoperability between these implementations.
